Track 13: Infection and Allergy

A response to an infectious organism which causes disease is called infection. It can be localized or systemic. Microorganisms causes infection. Some infections can be accompanied by inflammation. Infection is when a disease-causing organism, includes viruses, bacteria & molds, take up residence in the body and reproduce. Allergy refres to bodily reactions.  Celiac disease, for example, is sometimes Gluten allergy will not involve the immune system. A substance  called histamine protein reaction causes Allegry. It includes Inflammation . It usually accompanied by swelling & the reddening of an area of the body, causes more blood flow to the area. It  is also a  part of the body's defense system.

Track 19: Biochemical Pathways of Allergy

Biochemical studies and genetic engineering studies the principle orientation to discover allergy inflammatory reactions. The are 3 principle pathway to shaping it out , those are  1.biochemical pathway , 2.signalling pathway and 3. natural pathway . These major 3 pathways are basic framework of unleashing any allergic reaction . This knowledge are  considering major way to get novel approaches for suppressing allergic inflammation.

Track 20: Biomarkers for Allergy

Biomarkers are indicators of biological process  that are now  highly recognized  in advanced scientific world.  In airborne   disease, biomarkers will immensely provide powerful information in the area of  diagnosis, phenotypes, disease orientations , treatment methods  and prognosis or upcoming  fatality . In the field of Allergic disease predictive biomarkers—are now most important strategy. It is also a personalized medicine and health economics, Non-invasive biomarkers that tool  phenotyping are highly important  to the development of targeted and more efficacious treatment, leading to personalized approaches to airborne  management of disease . Sputum and peripheral blood eosinophil’s and fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) are current examples of potential biomarkers. By  our definition biomarkers are the indicator to make difference between precisely, reproducibly a normal biological state from a pathological state, or the response to a specific therapeutic intervention. Apart from these all biomarkers are used in a number of needs. Asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary type of disease are developed because of increasing massive pollution .  Extensive study on  biomarkers proving a valuable experience and making it ideal mechanism  for  identification of  therapeutic biomarkers

Track 23: Ethical Rules for Allergy

Scientific research provide us the information  about the  causes of disease, what the risks and benefits are concerning known treatment strategies, and whether these emerging treatment techniques show promise in further reducing morbidity. It is a mistake to assume that scientific investigation and clinical experiments in allergology – and the influence of both on health policy – exist within a purely purpose, value-free space. In order to achieve a measure of consensus and recognition of legitimacy, as well as to enable political action, It is evident that the voice of the allergology community is essential to these consideration.

Allergies, also known as allergic diseases, are a number of conditions caused by hypersensitivity of the immune system to something in the environment that normally causes little problem. These diseases include hey fever, food allergies, atopic dermatitis, allergic asthama, and anaphlaxis. Symptoms may include red eyes, an itchy rash, runny nose, shortness of breath, or swelling.Food intolerances and food poisoning are separate conditions. This conference predicts the different  clinical, immunological   allergies  diagnosis  and their treatment.

Global allergy diagnostic and treatment market is projected to increase to nearly $35.3 billion by 2015 from $31.5 billion in 2014. This market is expected to reach $46.8 billion by 2020, corresponding to a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.8% during 2015 to 2020 period.

Allergies are constantly increasing amongst the  population, because of environmental factors such as pollution or closed working spaces. Seasonality, which traditionally dominated the category, with peaks of sales registered during the cold season, became less and less relevant, as allergies and colds spread during the whole year. This determined growth of 1% in current value terms in 2014. Many allergy products have lost patent protection during the past five years, a trend that will continue through 2020. “The generics market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 11% while the prescription market is projected to remain in the low single-digit range,”analyst ,“The generic allergy medicine market is projected to contribute nearly 40% of the global revenues by 2020.

One or more allergic conditions affect between 30% and 40% of the world’s population, according to the World Allergy Organization. The global diagnostic market is predicted to grow at a five-year compound aggregate growth rate (CAGR) of 6.5%. An aging global population, environmental changes, changes in dietary habits, and increasing urbanization are some macro trends driving market growth.

There are no current cures for allergies. However, for some allergen sensitivities, the burgeoning market for immunotherapy may offer hope for a cure. The global immunotherapy market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4%, which may rise should therapies currently prescribed in Europe and Asian continue to receive approval for use in the United States. In 2014 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved three sublingual allergen extract products for the treatment of five-grass pollen allergies for individuals between 10 and 65 years of age. 1)Graph depicts the type of allergic diseases and percentage of population suffering from particular allergy.2) Graph 2 depicts the different type of food effecting the blood group B  and Mean score of antibody .
